    本項工藝是基于高級氧化(AOP)以及化學(xué)吸收法的基上,形D的有機(jī)氣體深度治理工藝。
    1.通過臭氧發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生的臭氧,在液相氧化劑存在的循環(huán)液中,通過擴(kuò)散過程,達(dá)到均勻相,與通入的有機(jī)廢氣初步發(fā)生接觸氧化反應(yīng)。
    2經(jīng)初步氧化反應(yīng)的氣體,—部分截留在循環(huán)液中繼續(xù)氧化;另一部分有機(jī)氣體隨紊留氣體逆流而上,到達(dá)氧化填料區(qū)。大比表面積的催化填料使有機(jī)物在其附近聚集,加快反應(yīng)速率,提高反應(yīng)效率。
    3.復(fù)配氧化劑在酸性或堿性環(huán)境中經(jīng)高壓噴嘴霧化,形成粒徑很小的液霧,增加復(fù)配氧化劑及催化填料的接觸面積。廢氣在催化劑填料的晶格上形成歧化電子云,加大傳質(zhì)面積,同時復(fù)配氧化劑在催化填料表面激發(fā)具有高電位(2.80eV)的羥基自由基(.OH),在界面加速電子轉(zhuǎn)移,發(fā)生水分子、有機(jī)物的氧化還原反應(yīng)。
    4、大比表面積的催化劑結(jié)構(gòu)以及整體塔內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,增加廢氣與羥基自由基的反應(yīng)時間,滿足有機(jī)廢氣快速分解條件。將氧化填料區(qū)表面停留的大分子有機(jī)物分解成小分子有機(jī)物;經(jīng)多次的催化氧化和多重反應(yīng),把有機(jī)廢氣徹底分解成COz和H:O;含鹵素、雜原子的有機(jī)物最終分解成CO2.HzO和鹽類。凈化后氣體中富裕的臭氧部分,在塔內(nèi)氧化還原、最終達(dá)標(biāo)排放。
    該治理技術(shù)氧化徹底、轉(zhuǎn)化率高、不產(chǎn)生二次污染且運行成本低,對大風(fēng)量、組份雜的有機(jī)尾氣具有良好的去除效果。
    This process is based on the advanced oxidation {AOP) and chemicalabsorption method ,the formation of organic gas deep treatment process.1. The ozone generated by the ozone generator reaches a homogeneousphase through the diffusion process in the circulating liquid where the liquidaxcidant exists, and initially undergoes a contact oxidation reaction with theorganic waste gas passed in.
    2.Part of the gas that has undergone the initial oxidation reaction is trappedin the circulating liquid to continue oxidation; the other part of the organicgas flows back up with the turbulent gas and reaches the oxidation packingarea.Catalytic fillers with large specific surface area can accumulate organicmatter in its vicinity,speed up the reaction rate and improve reactionefficiency.
    3.The compound oxidant is atomized by a high-pressure nozzle in an acidic oralkaline environment to form a liquid mist with a small particle size, whichincreases the contact area between the compound axidant and the catalyticfiller.The exhaust gas forms a disproportionated electron cloud on the latticeof the catalyst filler to increase the mass transfer area.At the same time,thecompound oxidant excites hydroxyl radicals (.OH)] with a high potential(2.80ev) on the surface of the catalyst filler to accelerate electron transfer atthe interface.Redax reaction of water molecules and organic matter occurs.4.The catalyst structure with large specific surface area and the owerall towerinternal structure design increase the reaction time of exhaust gas andhydroxyl radicals and meet the conditions for rapid decomposition of organicexhaust gas. Decompose the macromolecular organic matter on the surface ofthe axidized packing area into small molecular organic matter; after multiplecatalytic oxidation and multiple reactions, the organic waste gas is completelydecomposed into COa and H:O; halogen and heteroatom-containing organicmatter is finally decomposed into COz,HzO and Salt. The rich ozone part ofthe purified gas will be oxidized and reduced in the tower and finallydischarged up to the standard.
    The treatment technology has thorough oxidation, high conwersion rate, nosecondary pollution and low operating cost, and has a good remowal effect onorganic exhaust gas with large air wolume and mixed components.
