    加熱-催化型尾氣破壞器主要組成:


    1.催化反應(yīng)罐,包括不銹鋼催化罐.催化劑等;

    2.加熱器,包括溫控器、不銹鋼外殼、加熱元件等;

    3.離心風(fēng)機(jī):PTFE防腐渦輪和葉片;

    4、控制柜:控制柜與破壞器為一體化設(shè)計(jì),戶(hù)外防雨。

    主要特點(diǎn)∶


    a.安全:尾氣分解器使用觸媒劑,臭氧分解效率高。
    b.低溫運(yùn)行:運(yùn)行溫度大約為40-60°℃,相對(duì)于加熱分解型可以節(jié)省90%的運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。
    c.較低的壓降:最大壓降僅為0.02MPa。
    d.出氣濃度不高于0.08ppm,可以直接排放至大氣。
